HE IS A SLUM LORD AND WILL TAKE HIS RENTERS SECURITY DEPOSITS AND LIE ABOUT IT TOO. AND AS FOR HIS GROOMING REVIEWS I HEARD THE DOGS YELPING AND FOR ME ONLY WAY HE GOT 4/5 STARS IS THAT HE IS THE !!!! ONLY !!!! GROOMER IN THIS AREA. AND I REFUSE TO LET MY ANIMALS GO TO HIM NOT TO MENTION HOW DUSTY AND GRIMEY HIS PLACE IS. AND I WAS ONCE ADVISED TO NOT RENT FROM HIM BUT I DID ANY WAY. !!!!! WHAT I MISTAKE IT WAS TOO !!!! FOR ME YOU GET 1 STAR FOR JUST BEING YOU. AND NO HONESTY! AND FOR THE TIME I WAS THERE I CLEANED HIS HALLS AND MOPPED ALSO WITHOUT A THANK YOU OR NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEGDE IT. AND I WAS JUST JUST TRYING TO BE NICE. NEVER AGAIN! AND I SUSPECT THAT I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LIGHTS IN THE HALLS AND ELSEWHERE SINCE MOVING FROM THERE MY ELECTRIC BILL HAS DROPPED DRAMATICALLY LIKE OVER 50 BUCKS A MONTH. AND EVEN WHEN I WAS NOT THERE FOR A MONTH I STILL HAD A LARGE ELECTRIC BILL.
I can't believe that the person, owner's son, is still grooming dogs after neglecting a dog on the table and it hung itself & died, when he walked out and left it alone, March 2013. Search online, you'll see the owner of Coco was devastated by reading his statements.
The owner is very good with the dogs. I had brought in my dog to get her nails cut, afterwards she didn't want to leave. I highly recommend that people take there doggys there to have grooming services done.
