Friendly staff, understanding and helpful
Sometimes rude staff, treat mentally ill poorly. I have to chase my medication around, they do not handle their responsibilities on multiple occasions.

Just an average office. Billing department doesn't do a great job of proper billing procedures many times. Staff was friendly enough. Had them as primary care for 10+ years. My and my son's doctor (Flynn) was a shining star for us. Knowledgeable, courteous, and always staying on top of new information being provided in consortiums and conventions.
