On July 10th, 2015, I gave Rene St. Peter $3000 in cash as a down payment for foundation work. In August, I decided to go with another contractor, and I asked for my money back. After about 7 weeks and 8 phone calls, he finally sent me $2600, and kept $400 as an "estimate," which he never told me would cost anything. I had to go to small claims court in March to get that $400. I am a 67 year old widow living on a disablity pension and he more or less tried to cheat me out of this money. I would not recommend him to anyone.
