This store was very good, actually, excellent for years up until this past year. The quality of service has gone severely down hill. I waited in the store for five minutes waiting for one of the store staff to locate the dunkin staff who were outside smoking. Tonight and this is at least the 5th time this has happened, I went n to get my 3 bags of ground regular coffee on a Sunday afternoon, only to be told they were out. WHY, why in gods mane would a "COFFEE" shop be out of coffee? Was told again like the time before and the time before, sorry, we always run out on Sunday. Then why not order more. There is a no brainer for you. It won't go bad, it will sell. Just don't justify it to me and say well I had to tell the other person that as well. Poor management, very poor management.
Friendly staff, the donut and coffee were very good. Service could have been faster.
